Our first vacation together was to Napa Valley while were dating back in 2013. Then we got married in Napa in 2014. And the rest is history I guess! This is a very special place to us that has many memories tied to it🍷🍇

Looking forward to see what the next 10 years has in store! Love doing life with you @alexgrivna 🥰😘

200+ Classes at Orangetheory………Now What?

If you read this blog post last week, you know that I’ve been consistent with my workouts for an entire year. I’ve been going to Orangetheory since last July, and I have completed over 200 classes! I am really proud of myself for sticking with it and staying consistent. When I am home, I typically go to 5 classes per week. Each workout is extremely challenging and different from the previous class, which is why I keep coming back.

Now that I have completed several hundred classes, I’ve started to ask myself, “What’s next?” I want to keep challenging myself, and I want to make sure that I keep seeing results. I still plan on going to my Orangetheory classes, but I want to mix in a few other workouts as well. I am hoping to mix in more stretching so I can prevent injuries. On top of working out regularly, I want to be better about sticking to a healthy diet when I am home. I know I will see even more results if I can stick to a meal plan 80% or more of the time.

OTF

Below are a few goals I have for myself from a fitness perspective. These are goals I want to achieve in the next 6 months or less.

OTF Goals:

  • Try a 90-minute class.
  • Hit 300 watts on the rower.
  • Run a 6:40 mile.
  • Increase my all out speed to 10 MPH.
  • Increase my base pace to 7 MPH.

Non-OTF Goals:

  • Do yoga once per week.
  • Do a 3 mile walk on my days off from OTF.
  • Do 30 push-ups per day.
  • Eat clean 5 days per week.

I know some of these will be more challenging than others, but I think this is a good list to keep me motivated the next 6 months. Also, I tend to do better with my goals when I have something to strive for or work towards. I don’t have a specific event or vacation in 6 months, but maybe I will schedule something so I stay extra motivated!

What are some of your fitness goals to finish out the year? Are you staying motivated when it comes to working out? Comment below with what you are working towards!
