I love using seasonal ingredients to make cocktails. I decided to get creative and use peaches to make this delicious summer spritz. It’s super simple to make and only requires a few ingredients. It’s refreshing, and it doesn’t taste boozy at all.

- Muddle the peaches in a cocktail shaker until they are thoroughly crushed.
- Add the vodka and balsamic vinegar to the cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake thoroughly.
- Strain drink into lowball cocktail glass filled with ice.
- Top it off with Prosecco. Garnish with basil leaves and peach slices.
