Crostini with Ricotta and Mango

Ingredients
  

  • 1 French Baguette
  • 1 large mango, cut into slices
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese
  • Sea Salt
  • Basil, chopped into strands
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Slice the baguette into equal size slices about ½-inch thick.
  • Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly spray the slices with avocado oil. Toast the slices in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden.
  • Let the baguette slices cool for 5-10 minutes before assembling the crostini.
  • Spread the ricotta cheese on top of the baguette slices.
  • Drizzle a little honey on top of the ricotta and then add your mango slice.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the crostini.
  • Finish by adding a few strands of basil and a few pinches of sea salt.
