Slice the baguette into equal size slices about ½-inch thick.
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly spray the slices with avocado oil. Toast the slices in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden.
Let the baguette slices cool for 5-10 minutes before assembling the crostini.
Spread the ricotta cheese on top of the baguette slices.
Drizzle a little honey on top of the ricotta and then add your mango slice.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the crostini.
Finish by adding a few strands of basil and a few pinches of sea salt.
