The Lavender Gimlet

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz gin
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 1 lime
  • 7 dashes lavender bitters
  • lavender for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add gin, simple syrup, juice of 1 lime and bitters to cocktail shaker.
  • Shake thoroughly.
  • Strain cocktail into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish with lavender flowers.
