Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz gin
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 1 lime
  • 7 dashes lavender bitters
  • lavender for garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add gin, simple syrup, juice of 1 lime and bitters to cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain cocktail into a coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with lavender flowers.
