In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the ground beef, egg, egg whites, worcestershire sauce and Lipton Onion Soup Mix packet. It works best to use your hands.
Form 6 burger patties of equal size.
Grill the burgers to your desired temperature. It really depends on your grill, but I'd recommend about 5 minutes on each side.
Let the burgers rest for a couple minutes before piecing together the hamburger.
After the burger patties have rested, you can assemble your Blue Cheese Burger. Place on the burger patty on the bun and spread a good amount of dijon mustard on top. Top with a tomato slice, onion slices and pickles. Finally, top with a generous amount of blue cheese crumbles.
Put the top of the bun on the burger and enjoy!
