No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • cup honey
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Place in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
  • Once chilled, form the "dough" into balls (about 1 inch in thickness).
  • Place back in refrigerator once all balls are formed. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
