Ingredients
  

  • 10 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pound grated jack cheese
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1 small can green chiles, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Bake 30-45 minutes until golden in a 9x13 non-stick pan.
