Fall Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz maple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • cinnamon for garnish
  • star anise for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly for 1 minute.
  2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon and star anise.
