Hatch Green Chile Margarita

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila
  • ¾ oz triple sec
  • 1½ limes
  • 1 oz chopped hatch green chile
  • Optional: Tajin and Hatch for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the hatch green chile with the triple sec. Do this for about 2 minutes until it's thoroughly crushed.
  2. Add your tequila and the juice of 1½ limes to the cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a lowball cocktail glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish however you'd like!
