Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz gin
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate rosemary syrup
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill a lowball cocktail glass with ice.
  2. Add the gin, tonic and pomegranate rosemary syrup to the cocktail glass. Stir the ingredients together for a few seconds.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a rosemary sprig.
