The Classic Gin and Tonic

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz gin
  • 4-5 oz tonic water
  • ½ lime
  • 1 rosemary sprig, for garnish
  • juniper berries, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Add 2 oz of gin to the glass.
  3. Fill the rest of the glass with tonic water.
  4. Squeeze the juice of ½ a lime into the glass.
  5. Stir the cocktail and garnish with rosemary and juniper berries.
