Method
- Put ice in a cocktail mixing glass.
- Combine tequila, mezcal, simple syrup and bitters in the mixing glass.
- Mix all ingredients with a cocktail spoon.
- Place a large ice cube in a lowball cocktail glass. Strain cocktail into your glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
